The Centre for Scholarly Editing and Document StudiesThe Centre for Scholarly Editing and Document Studies (Centrum voor Teksteditie en Bronnenstudie-CTB) is the research centre of the Royal Academy of Dutch Language and Literature (KANTL). The research focuses on scholarly editing, and the study of literary, intellectual and language source documents in Flanders. Special attention goes to the advanced use of ICT in research. The 5 main aims of the centre are:
To realize these aims, the CTB co-operates with universities, conservatories, institutions for further education, research centres, archives, libraries, repositories, publishers and several initiatives and institutions both in Belgium and abroad, amongst which the Flemish Fund for Literature (Vlaams Fonds voor de Letteren).
